Corporation for my consent to their -taking steps to increase their capital from Five millions of dollars to Seven and a half millions of dollars. This application is made under the
terms of section 5 of Ordinance 5 of 1866.

With the advice of my Conncil I have given my consent.
and the Shareholders will
accordingly be invited to discuss
the matter and to decide whether or not the capital of the Bank should be increased. The printed return enclosed in the Chief albanager's-
letter
letter will show that the position of this Bank is most satisfactorily.
